Chris Brown Sued For $3 Million By Frank Ocean's Cousin >>Hollywood

Chris Brown is responsible for more than $3 million dollars in pain and suffering endured by Frank Ocean's cousin, the latter says in a new lawsuit.

According to legal documents filed as a result of the massive brawl outside an L.A. recording studio earlier this year, Chris is a goon who needs to PAY.

Sha'Keir Duarte claims Chris and his fellow thugs put a hurting on him in the fight between Chris Brown and Frank Ocean and their posses in January.

Duarte claims that Brown's bodyguard specifically brutalized him, and in his court filing, he even itemizes his list of damages, complete with amounts:

• $1,000,000 for pain, suffering and inconvenience
• $1,000,000 for emotional distress
• $1,000,000 for punitive damages
• $60,000 for medical expenses

Sounds a bit high ... but that's for the courts to decide.
