Despite criticism from The Biggest Loser viewers for losing too much weight, Rachel Frederickson says she did it in a healthy way and she's proud of it.
The 24-year-old was crowned The Biggest Loser winner Tuesday night after going from 260 pounds to 105 pounds, a stunning loss of 155 pounds.
That's 60 percent of her weight going in, and given her 5'5" height, Rachel Frederickson was criticized by many watching (and tweeting) for being anorexic.
She, however, is not paying attention to this.

11. Rachel Frederickson in Disbelief
Rachel Frederickson can't believe her weight loss on The Biggest Loser. Nor can viewers.
Rachel insists that she makes "super healthy" choices, and eats no more than 1,600 calories a day that includes a combination of carbs, fat and protein.
"I worked out a ton," she said on a media conference call. "I followed the advice and supervision of the medical team at The Biggest Loser the entire journey."
"I'm extremely proud of the way I lost the weight," Rachel continued. "It's okay to have your own path and be different ... it's been pretty empowering."
Meanwhile, Biggest Loser trainers Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper, who were noticeably stunned Tuesday, broke their silence on Rachel's weight loss.
Sort of. Jillian posted on Facebook: "So here it is. Bob and I want to take a moment to congratulate all of the BL contestants on their hard work."
However, she specifically added that she would not be weighing in on the topic:
"We're not comfortable commenting on Rachel's journey because we weren't her trainers and weren't given an opportunity to work with her at any point."
She concluded, almost like a disclaimer, that "Any questions about the contestants on The Biggest Loser should be directed to the show's producers."
Basically ... please don't drag me into this controversy in any way, shape or form.
