Joan Rivers is not making friends in Hollywood these days.

First, the singer parodied the Kim Kardashian sex tape by filming a fake version herself with Ray J.

Now, she's referring to Lena Dunham as a fattie and a poor role model.

The unfunny comedian appeared on The Howard Stern Show today and wondered how Dunham could ever wear dresses above the knee.

She then said Dunham's comfort and exposure of her body is "wrong."

"You're sending a message out to people saying, 'It's OK! Stay fat! Get diabetes. Everybody die. Lose your fingers,'" Rivers said, addressing Dunham and making her sound far more overweight than she actually is.

Rivers also accused Dunham of "hypocrisy" due to her retouched Vogue cover, saying the Girls star looked "gorgeous," but we "didn't know it was her."

This, despite evidence that proves Dunham was scarcely retouched for that photoshoot.

"If you look the way you look, Lena, and that's fine and you're funny, don't say it's okay that other girls can look like this," Rivers concluded. "Try to look better."

Rivers made headlines in the past for referring to Adele as fat.
