The Real Housewives of New York City Season 6 Episode 3 featured a major dose of Kristen Taekman, and fans seeing the new wife more than ever before.
Turns out she's a lot less predictable than thought, and she's got a temper!
We suppose that's not a big surprise. Would fans watch The Real Housewives of New York City online if she were some boring, demure and classy chick?
Kristen was enlisted by her husband to do an all-terrain road race that required her to compete hardcore and get dirty doing it. She was not a big fan.
Both Kristen's husband and Heather Thomson promised not to leave her side during the event, which they did, and which she was far from pleased about.
After she cramped up, her friends and husband completed the race ahead of her, which is admittedly no fun, but her reaction? Not exactly laid back.
To say the absolute least.
We certainly didn't expect the meltdown that ensued on The Real Housewives of New York City Season 6 Episode 3 to have stemmed from that.
She was PISSED.
As her hubby went to congratulate her, after cheering her on no less, for finishing the race, she literally pushed him away and told him they're not talking.
Telling her to "man up" didn't help matters, admittedly, as nothing was more guaranteed to make her feel worse about herself at that moment in time.
Nevertheless, her reaction was bafflingly extreme. Perhaps it's the tip of the iceberg for a couple whose marriage isn't as perfect as they'd like to admit?
In any case, the antics of Kristen Taekman totally stole the thunder of her feuding co-stars Carole Radziwill and Aviva Drescher, at least for this week.
