Gregg Jarrett ran afoul of the law at the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport yesterday.
Details on what exactly took place remain unclear, but the Fox News host was arrested at approximately 12:30 p.m. at Northern Lights Grill after police were informed of an intoxicated patron.
He was then booked on charges of obstructing the legal process and held on $300 bond.
According to Hennepin County Sheriff's Office records, Jarrett was released at 1:30 a.m. today and is due in court on June 6.
On May 14, it was announced that Jarrett had requested time off from Fox News Channel for personal reasons.
He had been co-anchoring the weekend show "America's News HQ," while also filling in during the week on various programs.
