The reality star is featured in the latest issue of British GQ, which is now on newsstands around the globe and which includes numerous revealing photos of Mrs. Kanye West in her birthday suit.
She's covering her nipples with her hands. She's kicking up her stiletto-laden feet and just barely covering up her ass crack with them. In short: she's completely naked.
But this isn't the case on the GQ cover itself.
