Well, this could've been awkward.
At last night's 2015 People's Choice Awards, Kaley Cuoco took home the top prize in the mighty-specific category of Favorite TV Comedic Actress.
She gave a gracious acceptance speech, but neglected to thank her husband of one year, Ryan Sweeting:
Fortunately, she got a second crack at center stage when The Big Bang Theory won the award for Favorite Network TV Comedy.
Kaley's ex-boyfriend Johnny Galecki accepted the award on behalf of the entire cast, and he made up for Kaley's blunder by kicking off his speech with a heartfelt shout-out to Mr. Cuoco:
A nice gesture on Johnny's part, but it must've felt a little weird to be in Ryan's shoes.
Even so, it's good that someone addressed the elephant in the room. Anyone who's been to Kaley's Instagram page knows that she's obsessed with her husband and married life in general.
Her forgetting to mention Ryan while giving a speech on national TV is like Kim Kardashian stepping outside in modest attire that does nothing to accentuate her ass.
Naturally, the actress apologized for the error on social media today, jokingly (we hope) referring to herself as a "#SuckyWife."
Don't worry, Kaley - we're sure Ryan will still give you props when he wins the award for Unemployed Golddigger of the Year. After all, he couldn't have done it without you.
