The Battle Rounds continued last night on NBC's The Voice Season 8 Episode 7, with the coaches facing some difficult choices in terms of who to advance.

Kimberly Nichole vs. Lowell Oakley (Team Pharrell): Their duet on "Hound Dog" thoroughly flummoxed their coach, who took an eternity to declare a winner.
Lowell was it. Somewhat surprisingly. Pharrell again crafted a terrific Battle Round performance, but one that assured he would cut loose a great talent.
Luckily for the supremely strong Kimberly, she was stolen by Christina, who may have just landed one of the favorites to win this thing, by accident.
Clinton Washington vs. India Carney (Team Christina): Finally, a barn burner! India was incredible in winning this battle, but her rival also won acclaim.
That was enough to keep Clinton on the program.
Adam swooped in for the steal, meaning that both he and Christina ended the night by cutting one singer and adding another, better one to their rosters.
Not bad for a night's work on the hit competition.
