Drake was denied entry to the Miami Heat locker room yesterday evening in amusing fashion, but made up for the slight later by partying with the team.
The Heat finished off the visiting San Antonio Spurs in Game 7 Thursday, then polished off MANY bottles of champagne late into the South Beach night.
LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and company hit Story nightclub in Miami, partying until 5:30 this morning with Pat Riley, Gabrielle Union and yes, Drake:
Drake is famously tight with LeBron James, as the above clip shows, but even that wasn't enough to get him into the locker room right after the win.
Arena security negged the rapper as he attempted to come congratulate his boys, telling him "This is media, pure media." Drake's reply? "I am media."
