Pittsburgh Willy's, a gourmet hot dog restaurant located in Arizona, has the answer.
In celebration of National Hot Dog Day on July 24, the eatery offered up a one-day special known as the Twilly.
It's a six-inch Hebrew National... wrapped in a Twinkie... covered with bacon bits... and doused in peanut better. It's been dubbed "really tasty" by the owner of Pittsburgh Willy's.
Would this count as a lunch recipe? A dessert recipe? A guaranteed heart attack? It's hard to say.
