We have a scientific update on breakfast.
As previously reported, it's bad for your heart to skip this meal.
Now, the Harvard School of Public Health has compared multiple studies and determined that those who drink at least two cups of coffee per day are less likely than non-coffee drinkers to commit suicide... but a 50% margin!

"Unlike previous investigations, we were able to assess association of consumption of caffeinated and non-caffeinated beverages, and we identify caffeine as the most likely candidate of any putative protective effect of coffee," lead researcher Michel Lucas, a research fellow in the university's department of nutrition, said in a statement.
Caffeine is the main basis for this finding. It has been linked in the past to lowered risks of depression due to its effect on the brain, specifically one's neurotransmitters.
But why start your day with coffee instead of soda or tea? Simply because it has more caffeine per cup than those other beverages.
So go ahead and drink up, latte lovers, but be warned: "Overall, our results suggest that there is
