Kim Kardashian has dyed her hair blonde, which raises two questions:
- Do you like it?
- WHY?
"She wanted a big change," the star's hairdresser, George Papanikolas, tells Us Weekly of the light locks. "It was Kim's idea to go blonde, but everyone around her had some influence including myself."
Papanikola, who has also worked with Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, along with Kendall and Kylie Jenner, says Kim went "caramel blonde" a few years ago, but this is more of a "honey blonde."
For how long will the style stick around?
"I'm assuming she will keep it once they start shooting the next season [of Keeping Up With the Kardashians] since they usually don't do a big hair color change mid-season," Papanikolas says.
