Will the third time be a charm for Vin Diesel as Riddick?

With the third install ment of this action franchise hitting theaters today, movie critics around the country seem torn in their analysis. Is it an embarrassing clunker? Or is it simply... Riddick, a film aiming for fun more than an Oscar nomination?
