Jon Gosselin on Kate Gosselin: She's an A--hole and Everyone Knows! >>Hollywood

It feels like 2009 all over again. Jon Gosselin is taking his ex-wife to task in a new interview, denying that he's out to get her and saying she's a terrible human being.

Speaking to Philadelphia Magazine, he responded to claims that he's trying to slander his former spouse. "Everyone thinks I'm out to get Kate," he laments.

"I don't give a f--k!"

He added of Kate Gosselin, "What would I get out of it? Everyone knows she's an a--hole, you know what I mean? I don't have to - she's proven that!"

Kate begs to differ, or at least she did when she sued him in August, claiming Jon stole information for the book, Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World.

She alleged that he hacked her phone and computer and swiped her hard drive to aid the author, Robert Hoffman, although she later dropped the suit.

That legal move hasn't smoothed things over, though, as far as Jon Gosselin is concerned. He clearly still has issues with her as a parent and person.

A lot of issues.

"She tweets everything. To the world, all about my children," he told Philadelphia. "I think it's disgusting and awful. They can't even have a normal life."

Once a legitimately famous reality star, Jon is currently making ends meet in his newly promoted position as a Maître d' at Pennsylvania restaurant.

The 36-year-old had been waiting tables to pay bills before the job upgrade. Working at the restaurant, he told Philadelphia, "keeps me normal."

His ex, however? Far from it. Opines Jonathan: "[Kate Gosselin] wants to still be on television. She's now digging into the past, because that's what sells.

"Too late, honey. No one gives a f--k, really."

He has a point ... but at the same time isn't one to talk, considering that JON WILL APPEAR NEXT WEEK on Season 4 of VH1's Couples Therapy.

Gosselin and his girlfriend of the past two years, Liz Jannetta, will live in a house together and receive relationship advice doled out by a therapist.

Celebrities like Farrah Abraham and Taylor Armstrong will also be living there, so you know it's gonna be a really serious thing for their relationship.

What does he have to say about that?

"We need therapy for our relationship. We really couldn't afford therapy. And it's free therapy," he said in an attempt to justify his decision to return to TV.

Hmm. Somehow we doubt that's the end-all, be-all reason for doing it, but he does have a point. Waiting tables isn't gonna pay a therapist's $175/hour bills.

As long as he doesn't fire any warni
