Trace Adkins has checked into a facility for alcohol abuse.
The country singer, who had been sober for a dozen years, reportedly fell off the wagon this week while headlining a cruise to Jamaica.
According to TMZ, the artist actually got into a physical altercation during that trip… with a Trace Adkins impersonator who was doing karaoke, no less.
