Duke porn star Belle Knox, who's been moonlighting as a porn star to pay for her tuition at the elite private college, is now taking a break from school entirely.
The freshman girl also known as Miriam Weeks says she's been the victim of "slut-shaming," harassment and even death threats from fellow students.

"I am still getting death threats," Knox said in an interview.
"I've also had people threaten to throw trash on me."
Miriam Weeks was outed as Belle Knox by a fellow student this winter after writing about her experience as an adult film actress on the website xoJane.
But life on the North Carolina campus has become too much for the Duke porn star, as students of both sexes have turned on her and made her fearful.

"I think that women resent me more but I do get a lot of the slut-shaming from guys," adds Belle Knox, a self-described feminist who doesn't want pity.
Supported by friends, she says she doesn't expect anyone to feel bad for her; Knox also warned others not to follow her example, but not how you'd think.
"If I could give advice for any person who was choosing college, I would honestly advise them to go to a cheaper school," was Knox's big pearl of wisdom.
Knox said she made around 25-30 videos, enough to cover this year's tuition at Duke, but her recent rise in notoriety has helped her career skyrocket.
Making thousands of dollars for stripping for a few minutes at a New York club this week (below), Knox is in talks for her own sex toy line, and so on.
She'll be alright ... though her reputation will be hard to live down or move past, should she ever wish to. For now, she seems content to own it:
