Paul Walker's mother has filed court documents asking for guardianship of the actor's teenage daughter, claiming her biological mother is an alcoholic.
Cheryl Walker claims that Meadow and Rebecca Soteros are already living with her, but Rebecca can't properly care for her because of alcoholism.

Rebecca has two DUIs on her record, one in 2003 and another last year.
Meadow reportedly moved from Hawaii, where Rebecca lived, to live with Paul Walker three years before he died because of her mom's alcohol issues.
Cheryl says she's more than qualified to care for Meadow, having raised four kids of her own, and being a registered nurse and simply a loving person.
Paul had said in his will, which left his entire estate to Meadow, that he wanted his mom to be her guardian, so this is clearly in line with Walker's wishes.
The legal documents list the value of Paul's estate is worth $16 million, a lot less than previous estimates closer to $25 million ... but still impressive.
Walker died on Thanksgiving weekend last year at age 40.
