Actress Daniele Watts and boyfriend Brian James Lucas may or may not have been doing more than "making out" inside a car in a Studio City parking lot.
The Django Unchained star was accosted by police, suspected of prostitution and handcuffed as a result of the incident, which she blamed on racial profiling.
Accounts have differed on what the duo was actually doing in the car, but Lucas is now speaking out, saying the alleged Daniele Watts sex photos ... aren't.
A raw-foods chef who claims a number of celebrity clients, Lucas told the L.A. Times via text that "Photos show nothing cuz we were doing nothing."
An eyewitness working in an adjacent office felt differently, though, and the photos posted on TMZ show Watts straddling Lucas with her shirt pushed up.
He was also "bongoing" on her chest while they appeared to be gripping the car's open sunroof to steady themselves as she rocked back and forth.
There are also accounts of her cleaning them both up with a tissue afterward, and witnesses say they refused requests to tone down the PDA.
Someone called 911 to report a sexual act in a public place, though nothing untoward was going on when the police actually arrived on the scene.
Watts refused to present her ID, suggesting she was being grilled because she was black and her boyfriend is white, and played the fame card too.
The officer said she was interfering with the investigation and told her he had the right to request her ID. She disagreed, saying he had no such right.
The ACLU and LAPD have expressed different opinions on that, while the police chief said Sunday that they were investigating the officers' conduct.
Watts went off on the cops in any case, and her man posted a Facebook missive after being "accosted by police officers after showing our affection publicly."
His words, including the parenthetical asides:
"From the questions that he asked me as D was already on her phone with her dad, I could tell that whoever called on us (including the officers), saw a tatted RAWKer white boy and a hot bootie shorted black girl and thought we were a HO (prostitute) & a TRICK (client)."
The cops, he says, "weren't expecting D to be so intelligent and outspoken, and left truly feeling the fear vibration finding out that they had just ... with 2 celebrities (Celebrated People)."
We're sure that's exactly what happened.
