With the celebrity gossip world abuzz over a rumored Iggy Azalea sex tape, the woman at the center of this alleged video is taking legal action against the man who claims to be the one allegedly porking her in it.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the rapper has filed a lawsuit against Jefe Wine (aka Hefe Wine), but not for the reason you may think.
Rumored sex tape aside, Azalea claims her ex-boyfriend copied the entire contents of her laptop on to his computer when the pair were living together in 2009.
And that he did so without her consent.
This, of course, would include the sex tape (if it exists!), but Iggy cannot sue over something that has not yet been made public.
Instead, she's going after Wine because the material supposedly includes unreleased master recordings, which are now being used as the basis for the music Wine has said he's releasing featuring the "Fancy" singer.
The legal documents go on to shoot down Wine's assertion that Azalea signed papers that give him the exclusive right to release any musical content that includes the performer.
Azalea's attorneys argue that the agreement is a phony; copied and pasted from a valid management contract she previously signed with someone else.
Overall, Wine is accused of forgery, copyright and trademark violation, along with a conversion of stolen information.
Talk of an Iggy Azalea sex tape surfaced on September 11 when Vivid Entertainment released a statement that said it has seen a "teaser" which seemed to be of this star getting it on with an unnamed partner.
Since then, both Azalea and her reps have denied the video's existence... although the story became muddled with chatter that an Iggy Azalea sex tape DOES, in fact, exist; only it was filmed when the singer was underage.
