Nicole Scherzinger has a message for all who believe summer is over already:
Labor Day, Schmabor Day!
Okay, we may be paraphrasing, but the 36-year old has posted a new photo to Instagram of herself in a bikini while on vacation in Formentera, Spain.
"#epicday #GodIsGood," Scherzinger wrote as an Instagram caption.
How does Scherzinger maintain this body?
"Cardio is great as it burns fat and tones all over, but I'd say focus on the squats and really put the weight in the back of those heels," she told InStyle U.K. in June. "Also, get a good exercise ball to do your abs on and suck in your stomach. A lot of people push their stomach out when they do their abs."

Scherzinger is also big on healthy recipes. She keeps her fridge stocked with staples such as almond milk, arugula and eggs.
"I also love my pasta and cheeses, and I really like red velvet cheesecake and Kettle Chips," she said of her diet cheats.
