A new extended, very in-depth Pacific Rim trailer has dropped for Pacific Rim, featuring narration by Charlie Hunnam and some brand new footage.

Hunnam stars as Raleigh Becket, an ex-pilot who is called back into duty along with an unproven rookie, played by Rinko Kikuchi.
Their charge? Oh, just to save the world from a bunch of giant monsters that emerge from the Pacific Ocean.
Their craft? An equally giant robot.
Guillermo Del Toro directs the film, which pays homage to Japanese Kaiju films.
