J.J. Abrams and the cast of Star Trek Into Darkness have joined NASA astronauts for a Google+ hangout.
That's a tad ironic considering the film had some glaring scientific inaccuracies, which you can read about in our Star Trek Into Darkness review.
Regardless, the hour-long chat proves pretty interesting as the two groups get together to answer questions from viewers. Watch the whole thing below:
Chris Cassidy, an astronaut on the space station, joins fellow astronauts Michael Fincke and Kjell Lindgren at NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston for the chat.
On the Trek end, Abrams, writer Damon Lindelof, and stars Chris Pine, Alice Eve and John Cho are in attendance.
