How does Gabrielle Union keep her bodacious figure in shape? Turns out she looks to porn stars for fitness and nutrition inspiration!
Gives a whole new meaning to the term "bangin' body," doesn't it?
The 41-year-old beauty told Conan O'Brien on Monday that she tends to work out next to adult film stars at her gym and uses them for motivation.
"I'll be on the next one going, 'You're not getting off before me!'" she replied with a laugh when asked if she watches the X-rated actresses on the StairMaster.
But Union isn't only getting exercise tips from porn stars, she's getting nutrition advice, too!
"I'll watch and see what they're ordering," she said, explaining that she checks to see the performers' habits at the gym juice bar.
Gabrielle recently got engaged to her basketball beau, Dwyane Wade. The Miami Heat star later revealed that he fathered a son with Aja Metoyer during the couple's temporary break-up last year, but they have "worked through" the issue together.
Well, the "porn diet" is certainly one interesting way to get in shape for a wedding!
