Justin Bieber has broken his post-arrest silence.
Unless you count that really strange comparison to Michal Jackson, that is.
The drag-race loving young singer posted a note on Twitter yesterday that referenced the almighty and sought to comfort his fans. It read:
YOU ARE ALL WORTHY NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE SAYS. BE STRONG GOD IS WITH US ALL. MY BELIEBERS CHANGED MY LIFE> I WILL FOREVER BE GRATEFUL."
What do you make of this Twitter message?
It's always nice to acknowledge one's fans, but Justin doesn't sound especially regret-filled or sorrowful, does he?
The singer was pulled over for going about twice the speed limit at 4 a.m. Thursday. He was reportedly drag racing (see below), failed a field sobriety test and gave the officers attitude when they asked him to place his hands on his car.
A model named Chantel Jeffries was in the passenger seat alongside The Biebs.
Justin was released on $2,500 bond and left the prison to cheers and applause.
It's unclear what he will do now, though many close to the artist are pushing him to attend therapy because they think he needs help for substance abuse and also for just dealing with such fame at a young age.
