Justin Bieber's manager and good friend, Scooter Braun, has spoken out in the wake of his client's epic DUI drag racing arrest early Thursday morning.
The music mogul reached out to the out-of-control 19-year-old on Twitter, offering him personal support and sharing some life advice for his followers as well:
"@justinbieber love you and I will act in the manner of someone who truly cares," Braun wrote. "That is all I have to say. Thanks for all those concerned."
Later, he added, "Been a long day. Bottom line is we are defined by how we handle adversity. Be there when it counts. Love fully in good times and bad."
The talent manager has represented the superstar since the start of his career. Justin Bieber has described Braun as "the father figure in [his] life."
"I trust my mom and dad. I trust Scooter with my career; he's always made sure I'm taken care of," the singer said of their relationship. "That's it."
Can he be the role model Bieber obviously needs after getting arrested for DUI and drag racing with an expired license and Chantel Jeffries by his side?
That remains to be seen.
The status of Braun and Bieber's current relationship is unclear. There have been rumors of a rift between the two, despite their successful history.
While Selena Gomez's rep claims they aren't real, Braun came up in her alleged recent text message fight with Bieber, and not in a positive light:

Possibly fake texts aside, dude obviously has issues.
That's been clear long before this latest Miami Beach scandal, perhaps the most notorious yet in the string of increasingly bizarre antics from the youngster.
The police report filed regarding the incident indicates that law enforcement smelled alcohol emanating from the star's breath at the time of his arrest.
Being underage, the intoxication should result in an automatic license suspension among other charges, which there are no shortage of after this.
Given his bad reputation, and the fact that he also resisted arrest and cursed repeatedly prior to being taken into custody, don't expect any special treatment.
After his arrest, he appeared in bond court, where a judge set bail at $2,500: $1,000 for resisting arrest, $1,000 for DUI, and $500 for his expired license.
Justin Bieber was released from jail a short time later and was photographed sitting on the roof of an SUV and waving to fans before leaving the scene.
