Earlier this month, the rapper came to his fiancee's defense after some teenager went off on her with a series of racial slurs. Now, according to TMZ, the young (moronic) man has agreed to a settlement of over $250,000 in order to not press charges against the artist. This is good news for Kanye because he is already facing assault charges from an incident with a cameraman in July and does not need another criminal prosecution on his record. West's attorney, Shawn Holley, is yet to comment on this report. But, if it is accurate, it will be difficult for the District Attorney to move forward with any kind of case because it won't ha a cooperative victim.
