Sarah Palin showed off her comedic skills on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon last night, with the host taking on the role of Russian president Vladimir Putin.
In a sketch with the former Republican V.P. nominee and Alaska Governor, Putin puts in a phone call to the political firebrand, asking for a key clarification:
"I heard back in 2008, you predicted I would invade Ukraine. Is that true?"
"You betcha, Vlad," says Palin, advising him to pull out of Ukraine.
"Whoa, hey Capt. Buzzkill," the autocrat responds, before moving on to other more important topics, such as March Madness, kids and grizzly bears.
"You shoot bear? I prefer hand-to-hand combat," says faux Putin.
"Well, that's everyone calls you such a strong leader," says Palin.
"I come from strong genes. President Obama, he comes from mom jeans!" cracks Putin before they duet on Pharrell's "Happy" and wrap up the call.
