According to a new survey, Justin Bieber is more hated on than two alleged murderers.

Be it the never-ending Justin Bieber shirtless sightings, his constant run-ins with the law or a stream of pompous acts/quotes, the singer has devolved into the fifth most-hated person in America.

This new E-Score poll ranked disgraced (FORMER!) Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling as the most despised citizen, with 92 percent of respondents indicating their "dislike" of the bigoted billionaire.

1. Donald Sterling

Donald Sterling is a rambling racist who no longer owns the Clippers. According to an E-Score survey, 92 percent of the country hates him.

Ponzi schemer Bernie Madoff earned 90 percent of the negative vote, while almost-definite murderer O.J. Simpson is third, quasi Michael Jackson killer Conrad Murray fourth... and The Biebs fifth! 

Bieber is disliked by 86 percent of those polled, drawing more disgust than Phil Spector (convicted of killing someone; disliked by 83 percent of the public) and Aaron Hernandez, the ex-NFL tight end who's been charged with three separate murders.

"The survey was conducted among 1,100 persons ages 13-49 with general representation across income, age, education and geographic demographics to represent a cross-section of the U.S. population," explains E-Score.

Rounding out this hated-on Top 10? Michael Lohan (76%), Eliot Spitzer (73%) and Jon Gosselin (71%).
