Has she had plastic surgery? Is it an issue of makeup? Puberty? And will this young teenager ever stop adding inappropriate images to Instagram?!?

One would think sisters Khloe or Kim Kardashian would offer Kylie some words of wisdom, perhaps encourage her to put on some clothing for a change.
But then one would not be remotely familiar with this family.
