The CW has unveiled the first promo for Arrow Season 3 and it features footage of THAT date, the one you've been waiting multiple season for.
We're also treated to a look at Roy Haper as Arsenal, along with the debut of Peter Stormare as Vertigo and Brandon Routh as Ray Palmer (aka The Atom).
Look for new obstacles to get into Oliver's way this fall, while the possibility of a new name for Starling City emerges and Felicity ends up all bloody. At whose hands?!?
