As Kendra Wilkinson struggles with her husband Hank Baskett's alleged affair, the stress is starting to take a physical as well as emotional toll.
Even her daughter is starting to feel the impact of the scandal.
"It's affecting her milk production and, quite simply, breaking her heart," a friend of the new mom, who welcomed daughter Alijah with Hank in May, says.
Wilkinson has been spotted without her wedding ring and "cries every day," says the friend, but she is holding off on any major life decisions for now.
Fortunately for the former Girls Next Door star, she has good friends like Jessica Hall, and unwavering support from her former boyfriend Hugh Hefner, 88.
The source close to Wilkinson says Hef has reached out:
"She said Hef has offered to help in any way he can but has been urging her to try and work it out, as he knows how hard divorce can be on the kids.
"But that if she is going to leave," Hugh suggested to Kendra, "to do it now while the kids are young enough not to remember life any other way."
Baskett allegedly cheated on his then-pregnant wife with Ava London, a transsexual model who claims she and Hank engaged in mutual hand relief.
Whatever happened, or happens next, we will see it on TV.
"Hank and Kendra are fully engaged in the show," the source said of their reality series Kendra On Top, a title which has taken on new meaning now.
"People who want to see the two of them will definitely see the two of them. The cameras have been rolling. Viewers will get to see everything."
