Is this lasting love or just the "Best Mistake" they'll ever make?
Ariana Grande and Big Sean have been friends for years, and have collaborated a number of songs, but lately, their chemistry has evolved beyond music.
Dating rumors followed the singer 21, and the rapper, 26, for weeks, and were basically confirmed when cameras saw them holding hands at the VMAs.
The duo remains tight-lipped about the romance, though. Even now.
Sean showed her love on Instagram, saying he's more than proud of her for the amazing year she's had, rising to #1 on the charts in 80 countries.
Still no Ariana Grande-Big Sean dating acknowledgement, though.
"They're trying to decide how to handle this because they weren't planning on telling people, but it's getting to the point where they can't hide it," says an insider.
"They're falling in love and they don't like having to lie about it."
Falling in love?! Already? People close to them say so anyway.
"They wanted to keep it a secret because they were worried it would take away from the music. Her team would rather she stay single," the insider adds.
"Ariana does what she wants, she's not the type to let anyone tell her what to do or who to love. They're going to come out as a couple very soon."
"She wants to tell the world how amazing Sean is."
Pressed by Ryan Seacrest this week about her love life, Ariana hinted that she was torn, saying, "I don't know what to say, Ryan. Why are you doing this me?"
She added: "I'll tell you when we're not on the air. I trust you. I've known you a long time. I don't know about these millions of people listening in right now."
Time to "Break Free" and come clean, Ari.
