The following photo gallery and subsequent video may cause an end to all productivity for you today.
That's because they feature two female cheetahs who were born on September 1 at the San Diego Zoo, with that famous establishment announcing the news on Facebook and noting that each birth is "precious" because there are only 12,000 cheetahs left in the world.
These three-week olds are being hand-raised by the animal care staff because their mother couldn't raise her previous litter properly. They only weigh three pounds each at the moment.
But that isn't stopping the sisters from playing with each other and making us squeal in delight.
These two cheetahs were just born at the San Diego Zoo. We could watch this GIF all day long, couldn't you?
"Every baby's different, but these cheetahs really seem to be developing quickly in our eyes," says Eileen Neff, lead keeper of the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. "They are great eaters, they started playing when they were just three or four days old. They could barely walk at that time, so it was pretty interesting seeing them tumbling around with each other."
As we've seen in the past, cheetahs and puppies actually get along well (could THIS PHOTO be any cuter?!?), prompting the Zoo to state that the cubs will be "paired with a domestic dog for companionship."
This will help the kids adjust to their new public surroundings by watching the canine;s body language, which "relaxes and calms" the cheetahs, according to the zoo.
