It's inevitable at this point: Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon going to get a divorce.
The couple has been living separately for months and Carey made it pretty clear in a recent concert that she believes Cannon cheated. Correction:
She KNOWS Cannon cheated!
So, what's the hold-up? Especially considering the fact that Carey and Cannon have a prenuptial agreement in place?
Reportedly, the singers aren't fighting over money or property or anything couples typically clash over.
Instead, they are ensconced in a bitter custody battle over their shared eight dogs. Yes, EIGHT DOGS!
Carey and Cannon have allegedly reached an agreement when it comes to their massive fortune and also when it comes to the custody of their three-year old twins.
But the canines are another matter entirely.
The estranged power couple - who married after just six weeks of dating in 2008 - separated in August.
Since then, Mariah has been touring and, some say, falling apart without Cannon.
The America's Got Talent host, meanwhile, has been keeping busy with various commitments, and has also been linked romantically to Amber Rose.
She filed for divorce herself last month, after all. Hmmm...
