For weeks now, we've been hearing rumors that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are headed for divorce.
Sources have claimed that Garner is moving to Montreal in hopes of providing a quieter life for her kids, and when she is in LA, Affleck crashes at Matt Damon's house or otherwise avoids her like the plague.
Now, it seems the problem has gotten so bad that Affleck has decided to get off Damon's couch and set up a more semi-permanent residence at the Bel-Air Hotel, where he's been a fixture for several weeks.
"Ben is hardly around," an anonymous insider tells Radar Online. "He comes home for a little, and then has to jet off to another project.
"Splitting up is Jennifer's worst nightmare for their children, but there's only so much she can do. There comes a point where she just has to take care of herself and the children."
Insiders add that Ben is eager to file for divorce before the couple's ten-year anniversary (a legal milestone in California that could cost Affleck millions), but he hopes to have most of the terms hammered out before making it legal, and Jen is dragging her feet.
Whether Ben gets his wish or not, sources close to the couple say that after years of turmoil, the marriage will definitely come to an end in the near future.
We'd advise Jen to hold out a little longer and score some of those forthcoming Bat-bucks.
