In our latest entry to our rundown of AWWW-inspiring marriage proposals, Sam Maccarone turns to his cousin, Matty Mac, and a friend who is a filmmaker (Dom Cucinotta) to truly shock girlfriend Jessica Burzichelli. How so? By telling Jess that Mac needed a couple to star in his new music video, not mentioning that there was no actual music video. It was all a ruse that allowed Dom to capture the pair on camera throughout the day, and it culminated with Sam and Jess at a restaurant, surrounded by friends and family members. Once there, on one knee, Sam tells the woman he has loved since fifth grade: "You're the sweetest, sexiest, smartest person I know. "And you're even pretty funny sometimes. You motivate me to be the best person I can be every day. And I want to spend every day with you for the rest of my life." SPOILER ALERT: Jess says yes!
