The Tonight Show host has become the latest celebrity to have a Ben & Jerry's ice cream flavor named in his honor, as the company came out this week with... wait for it...
Inspired by Jimmy Fallon, The Tonght Dough includes chocolate and caramel ice creams that are combined with chocolate chip cookie dough, peanut butter cookie dough and a crunchy chocolate cookie swirl.
Schweddy Balls goes with anything and is named after a classic SNL character. It is comprised of vanilla ice cream with a hint of rum and loaded with fudge-covered rum and malt balls.
Maybe the most creative of all ice cream flavor titles. Named after Barack Obama's tagline, this vanilla ice cream is made with fair trade certified vanilla.
Or maybe this is the best-named ice cream. Thanks to John Lennon, it is comprised of caramel and sweet cream ice creams, swirled with fudge peace signs and toffee cookie pieces.

Coinciding with the one-year anniversary of Fallon taking over this iconic program from Jay Leno, this flavor is comprised of chocolate and caramel ice creams that are mixed with chocolate chip cookie dough, peanut butter cookie dough and a crunchy chocolate cookie swirl.
