Miley Cyrus Uses X-Rated Green Screen for MTV VMA Promo Aug 5th 2015, 17:15, by Hilton Hater Miley Cyrus appears to be going out of her way to prove the Parents Television Council correct. After the PTC labeled Cyrus as a profane choice to host the MTV Video Music Awards next month, Miley went ahead and filmed a promo in which she did posed behind a screen of smoke. And now Cyus is using what the following video's description calls "not your mama's green screen." Why? Because it is being used to blur out the singer's nipples, which would be on full display if not for this impressive piece of technology. Watch Miley spin around to reveal her bare chest and try to imagine what she'll possibly to on stage August 30 as host of the Video Music Awards.
