Reese Witherspoon and her husband Jim Toth are in the midst of a rough patch that may end in their divorce, according to a new report.
Sources allege that Jim Toth apparently frequents a local bar right by the couple's home on a daily basis, and does so in sloppy fashion.
One witness says, "Jim is a big fan of happy-hour drinks. He comes in several times a week to watch whatever sports game is on TV."
Innocent? Maybe, but "staff members roll their eyes," the insider says, "as soon as he walks in because they know what is coming."
The typical scenario: Jim drinks multiple beers, mixed drinks, and shots until he is belligerent, and then he begins shouting at the TV.
Not only does Jim "not want to go home," but on more than one occasion he has tried to "chat up" girls at the bar, witnesses say.
Luckily for Reese, the women usually dismiss him, even leaving the bar just to get away from him. But yeah, this does not bode well.
Rumors have been floating around about Reese Witherspoon's marriage for some time, beginning with Jim and Reese's DUI arrest.
Could Reese Witherspoon be headed for another divorce if Toth doesn't clean up his act fast? Or is this all just tabloid nonsense?
