Christopher Dormer, a former LAPD Officer suspected of killing three people, left a rambling manifesto on Facebook that gave shout-outs to a wide range of celebrities.
Aside from blaming other law enforcement officials for his predicament, Dormer gushes over Hillary Clinton (saying she'll make "one hell of a president" and refers to Charlie Sheen as "effin awesome."
He believes Kelly Clarkson and Kate Winslet are among "THE MOST beautiful women on this planet" and he simply sends congratulations to Ellen DeGeneres.
He thinks Christoph Waltz is headed for "greatness" and Tim Tebow is a "great football player."
Dormer also says he wants his brain to be preserved for scientific research, admitting has been "afflicted with severe depression" since being relieved of duty on June 26, 2008.
Finally, there's evidence Dormer took action aside from his words.
