Robin Sachs, a British actor best known to most American viewers for his role in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, passed away last Friday. He was 61 years old.
Details on the death aren't known at this time, but the BBC made it public this morning and included with the news a statement from Sachs's ex-wife.
Casey Defranco describes the man behind Buffy's Ethan Rayne as "a wonderful person, extraordinarily talented as an actor."
Meanwhile, a note on Sachs' official website reads:
