A scuffle broke out between the Baltimore Ravens and San Francisco 49ers during Super Bowl XLVII after the Ravens intercepted a pass in the second quarter.

Unnecessary roughness penalties were awarded to San Francisco's Joe Staley and Baltimore's Corey Graham. Williams, however, escaped being penalized.
Purposeful contact with an official typically results in an ejection, and many felt that Williams should have been ejected from the game after the move.
