Beyonce Pregnancy Rumors: Singer Cancels Show Due to Dehydration, Exhaustion May 14th 2013, 15:10 The "evidence" that Jay-Z got Beyonce pregnant again is adding up. The singer canceled her concert in Belgium tonight, and get this: She blamed it on dehydration and exhaustion. TOTES PREGGO! We don't know that for a fact, of course, but the whole dehydration/exhaustion thing makes you wonder. It's sort of a catch-call excuse for everything. Well, except with those Rihanna pregnant rumors. In that case, it really was dehydration and exhaustion, because girl goes HARD. But in Bey's case?
