Christian Chavez: Accused of Attempted Murder by Ex May 15th 2013, 10:37 In late April, Christian Chavez was arrested for assault. But a new allegation has surfaced from the ex-boyfriend of this Mexican soap opera star/pop singer and it's a lot more serious: Chavez is an attempted MURDERER! In court documents filed by Ben Stewart-Kruger, he details a domestic dispute last month in the estranged couple's Beverly Hills home that led both he and Chavez to being handcuffed. "[Christian] attacked me, broke down bathroom door, armed with knife, attempted murder," Stewart-Kruger writes, adding of their history: "We dated, I broke up with him, he was required to move out the day before this incident. A verbal argument caused this issue. I was locked in the bathroom when police arrived." Without proper evidence to back up the assertion, Chavez has not been charged by authorities in Mexico. However, Stewart-Kruger has been granted a temporary restraining order against his ex and both are due in court on May 23.
