Kasey Dexter to Ramona Singer: Mario is Playing Both of Us! >>Hollywood

An emotional two-page letter to reality star Ramona Singer from her husband's mistress, Kasey Dexter, reads a lot like the plot of The Other Woman.

Dexter wrote to The Real Housewives of New York City star attempting to explain her side of the scandal that threatened to end Ramona and Mario.

"Kasey wrote it 'cause she wants Ramona to know that they're both being manipulated by Mario," a source close to Kasey tells the new issue of In Touch.

Just weeks ago, Ramona welcomed Mario back home, a scene likely to play out on TV if you watch The Real Housewives of New York City online soon enough.

But is he sincere in wanting to be there? The source dished, "Mario keeps telling Kasey that he doesn't love Ramona and begging her to wait for him."

Kasey writes in the note, "Every time I tell him I have to move on he reminds me of how good our sex life is." But she's not throwing that in her face, she says.

Instead, she just wants to make it clear to Ramona Singer where she thinks they stand, so she knows who she's taking back and what she's in for.

"I know you probably don't believe me, but I was under the impression that Mario was leaving you," she goes on in the alleged letter, which appears below.

Kasey continues in the letter saying, "I love him, but do not want to continue to be involved unless you are out of his life. If not, I'm going to let him go."
