Sure, Nicole died her hair purple on a dare from Kelly Osbourne, but other than her violet mane and stacked bank account, the most surprising thing about Nicole these days is how normal she seems.
Nicole did an interview with Paper magazine recently to promote her fashion line and upcoming reality series, #CandidlyNicole (Yes, it's all one word and the hash tag is part of the title), but the 32-year old wife and mother seemed more interested in discussing her gardening tips and pet turtles.
"I legit invented 'the turtle coop...no one takes care of them but me," Nicole says, sounding strangely possessive of her hard-shelled pets.
She sounds more and more like the Pinterest-addicted MILF that she is as the interview progresses:
"I wake up around 5:30, before the rest of my family," Nicole says of her daily routine. "Then I spend some time tending to my garden."
In related news: Paris Hilton went to bed at 5:30 this morning, but she was having someone else tend to her garden, if ya know what we mean.
