It's of Kanye West, looking sad and contemplative, while zip-lining with Kim Kardashian.
Photographer Alex Yenni discovered the image recently and was generous enough to post it on Instagram, writing as a caption:
"Found it in a random zip-lining office in the middle of Mexico. They took it, and I don't think it's ever been online..."
