Courtney Love's Dad on Kurt Cobain's Death: She Was Involved and I Can Prove It! >>Hollywood

Yesterday, new evidence emerged from the scene of Kurt Cobain's suicide over 20 years ago.

Though the second Cobain suicide note offers little in the way of new insights into the case, it has re-opened the debate over whether the iconic singer's death was, in fact, a suicide.

Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love

One theorist who holds the belief that Courtney Love - Cobain's infamous wife - was involved in his death is none other than Love's father, Hank Harrison.

In an interview with Radar Online Harrison claimed today that he has evidence of Love's involvement in the murder of her husband.

"No doubt she was capable," Harrison says of his daughter. "I can't prove she pulled the trigger, but I can prove her involvement to a high degree of certainty."

Harrison, an author and medieval historian, plans to release a book entitled Love Kills: The Assassination of Kurt Cobain in which he details his theory that Courtney paid to have Kurt murdered.

Harrison claims that while the newly-released note written by Cobain seems to offer little evidence of Love's guilt, it could play an important role in a larger investigation:

"If you read the true meaning of this small note and place it in conjunction with the rest of the evidence, anyone with half a wit will see that something dire and awful took place."

Harrison has been publicly questioning the effectiveness of the Seattle police department for years and he's highly critical of the latest investigation into Cobain's death.

"The Seattle police are hoping to put the suicide case to sleep," Harrison says. "And yet all they are doing is fanning the flames again."
