After nine years of dating and half-a-dozen kids, we think it's safe to say few fans expected an Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt wedding to ever really happen.
Now we know it's actually gonna go down...and we might finally have an idea of where and when:
E! News reports that Brad and Angie have set a date and picked a location. Unfortunately, that location is currently undergoing major renovations.
Pitt and Jolie have reportedly decided to the knot at their future home in the South of France, Chateau Miraval. They'd like to exchange vows this fall, but ongoing construction has forced them to keep their options open, and they may have to settle for next spring.
As you might expect from the low-key Jolie-Pitts, this won't be on over-the-top affair like the Kimye wedding:
"There'll be no more than 22 guests, which will be close family only," says a source, adding that the ceremony will be a "quiet, meaningful celebration of their love at their future family home."
As for when construction will be finished and the Pitts can finally move in with their brood?
"This is Brad's project and Angie has nothing to do with it," says the insider. "It'll be a lovely ceelbration to start life in the new house...That's why they've waited to get married."
That's why they've waited almost a decade?! You're a master of excuses, Brad.
