If only someone would open tear down this blockade, we'd totally get each other! In the following video, two dogs bark ferociously at each other through a fence, seemingly unaware that the fence ends right alongside them and they could very easily reach out and touch the other one if so desired. But who has time for such realizations when there's protecting barking to be done?!? Dogs Bark Through Open Fence Let's face it: dogs aren't always the smartest animals out there. Some save the lives of deaf children from a burning home, but others... well... they bark like crazy at dogs that are mere inches away.
